Founding and joining

Guilds are founded, joined and left here on the website. Everything with gold in it, the bank, levels, passives, kicks and disbanding, happens in game, in the guild window: open it with the Guild button in your Menus window.

When you join or leave on the website, the guild's passives reach or leave an online character within about ten seconds. Your name tag, guild chat and wars change at your next login.

The guild bank

Any member can donate from their own bank account, at least 1,000 gold at a time. The guild keeps a record of what each member has given, and the guild page here shows the bank, the guild's level, its passives and a log of everything paid in and out.

Guild levels

Every guild starts at level 1 and can grow to level 30. The leader or a vice-leader buys each level from the guild bank, and each costs a little more than the last:

Guild passives

Every third level unlocks a pair of passives. The leader or a vice-leader chooses one of the two, and every member carries it, wherever they are. Passives from different levels add up, so a level 30 guild has ten of them.

LevelOne choiceThe other
3+2% experience+5% gold from loot
6+3% damage against monsters+3% damage against players
9+2 to every weapon skill+2 magic level
12+2% physical protection+2% elemental protection
15+10 speed+5% healing
18+4% damage against monsters+4% damage against players
21+1% critical hit chance3% less damage from players
24+1 mana every 2 seconds+10% gold from loot
27+3% maximum health+3% maximum mana
30+5% damage against monsters+5% damage against players

The first change of a choice is free. Every change after that costs a quarter of what that level cost to reach, from 15,500 gold at level 3 to 5,000,000 at level 30. The mana passive works beside food's regeneration, not instead of it.

The guild pays for supplies and blessings

The leader can let the guild bank pay part of what members spend, in two kinds:

KindWhat counts
SuppliesAny rune and any potion (but not love potions or interdimensional potions)
BlessingsEvery way of buying blessings, the War Blessing included, and the Amulet of Loss
  • Each kind is switched on separately and has its own daily limit per member. The day starts over at the 10:00 UTC server save.
  • The guild pays first, up to what is left of your limit today and what the bank holds. You pay the rest as usual.
  • You can choose in the guild window to always pay for yourself.

Kicks and disbanding

Only the leader sets the spending rules, kicks members and disbands the guild, all from the guild window.

  • A kicked member gets their donations back: what they gave, less anything already returned, goes from the guild bank to their own bank. If the guild bank cannot cover it, the kick is refused. The leader can instead ask them to leave without a refund, and they accept or decline in their own guild window.
  • Disbanding shares the whole guild bank among the members still in it, in proportion to what each of them donated. The guild's level and passives are gone with it.
  • Leaving a guild on your own pays nothing back.

Guild wars

Wars are declared on the Wars page, reached with the Start War button on the guild list. Only a guild's leader can declare, accept, reject or withdraw one.

  • The declaring guild sets a kill limit of 10 to 500 and a length of 1 to 14 days.
  • An invitation nobody answers expires after 3 days.
  • A guild can fight several wars at once, but only one at a time against the same guild.
  • The first guild to reach the kill limit wins. If time runs out first, the guild with more kills wins, and equal kills is a draw. The result is announced to the whole server.

While at war:

  • Hitting or killing an enemy of the war gives no skull, and a kill is not counted against you.
  • A war kill shares out 75% of the experience the victim lost among the killers, against 35% for any other player kill.
  • Your character learns about its wars at login. A war that starts or ends while you are online applies to you from your next login.

The War Blessing

While your guild is at war, the priests in the town temples sell the War Blessing for 30,000 gold. Ask them for a war blessing.

It only acts when the killing blow comes from an enemy of your war, or that enemy's summon. Then it is spent instead of your other blessings, the twist of fate included, so you keep all of them, and that death costs you 30% less experience and half the skill loss, on top of what your other blessings already save. Any other death leaves it untouched.
