Market & Mail

← Wiki

Your depot

Every depot in the world opens the same storage. Whatever you leave in one town's depot is waiting in every other town. Open a locker and you find four things in it:

Depot chest

Storage

Your ordinary depot, for anything you want to keep.

Mailbox

Incoming mail

Every parcel and letter sent to you lands here.

Stackable stash

Bulk storage

Holds huge amounts of anything that stacks.

Market

Trade

Buy and sell stackable goods with every other player, online or not.

Mail

To send something, put it in a parcel with a label inside, or write a letter, and drop it into any mailbox. The label only needs the receiver's name on the first line. No town is needed, since everyone has the one depot.

All mail arrives in the mailbox in your depot locker, never loose in the locker. You can take things out of it but not put anything in. It shows 30 slots and has no limit: when more arrives, the window gets pages you can turn through.

A purchase from the premium shop that doesn't fit in your backpack, or is too heavy to carry, is sent to your mailbox too. A mailbox scroll puts a mailbox under your feet for a minute, wherever you are.

The stackable stash

The stash holds anything that stacks: gold, runes, potions, fragments, food, gems and herbs, among much else. It has 120 tiles, and each tile holds 1,000 of one item, so a single tile stores a thousand of something where your backpack would need ten slots.

  • Right-click a bag you are carrying while you stand next to a locker and choose Stash Stackables. Everything stackable inside it, and inside the bags within it, goes into the stash at once.
  • Use the stash in your locker to open its window: search it, filter by Farming, Alchemy, Herblore, Potions, Runes, Gold/Coins, Food/Cooking or Gems, and take out as many as you want.
  • A withdrawal is all or nothing: if the whole amount won't fit in your backpack, nothing leaves the stash.

The stash is also where the market takes your goods from and puts your purchases.

The market

Use the market in your depot locker to open it. Almost anything that stacks can be traded, priced in gold or in premium coins. Weapons, armour and other single items are traded face to face.

It works like Tibia's own: every item has a list of sell offers and buy orders. You pick one and choose how many to take; nothing is matched for you.

  • Offers are filled while you are offline. When you log in, you are told what sold, what you bought and what expired.
  • Listing costs a fee, paid in gold from your bank and never refunded: 1% of a gold offer's total (at least 20 gold, at most 1,000,000), or a flat 100 gold for an offer priced in coins.
  • An offer lasts 30 days. Cancelled or expired, its goods go back to your stash or its money back to you.
  • You can have up to 100 offers open, each for up to 100,000 items.
  • Gold coins can't be sold for gold, and premium coins can't be sold for coins.
  • Goods coming back to you always fit, even in a full stash. A stash pushed over its 120 tiles takes nothing more until you empty it below that.

Buying from NPCs

  • The trade window's Your Money is the gold you carry, and the row under it shows your Bank Balance. A purchase is paid from your backpack first and from the bank for the rest, so you can shop without fetching gold.
  • With ignore capacity ticked, what doesn't fit in your backpack is dropped at your feet, but only while that tile holds fewer than 200 items. At the limit the purchase stops, and you only pay for what you got.
  • Shops that trade in hourly tokens or task points show that currency instead, and no bank row.
