The anvil
Use an anvil to open the crafting window. It stays open while you stand next to the anvil and closes when you walk away. Recipes cost gold and materials; none of them needs a level.
The window has five tabs:

An elemental Amulet of Loss rolls 1–5% protection against its element.

Each pickaxe takes 100 bars of its metal plus gold: copper 1,000, iron 5,000, gold 10,000, mithril 50,000, adamant 100,000, rune 250,000.
Ten fragments of a quartz and 1,000 gold make one of that quartz: azure, verdant, crimson, violet, opal, citrine, cobalt, rose or obsidian.
Equipment
The Falcon Bastion set. Every piece costs 50 falcon crests, 10 iron bars and 100,000 gold, and comes out at Item Level 30–40:
Falcon circlet, falcon coif, falcon plate, falcon greaves, falcon shield, falcon longsword, falcon battleaxe, falcon mace, falcon bow, falcon rod and falcon wand.
The falcon aegis, sword, crossbow, shortbow and escutcheon can't be crafted. They only drop.
